Maisie had an unusual life: on the one hand it included the most wonderful family and friends and beautiful memories, but on the other it involved an awful lot of medical testing, hospital visits and emergency ambulance journeys.
Sadly, Maisie’s life was also far, far too short.
On the 21st November, a week before turning 6 months old, she died in her mummy and daddy’s arms. We take great comfort in that she is no longer in pain and suffering. But we still wish so much that she was still here with us.
She made such an impact on our lives. And our greatest fear is that she won’t be remembered. She was such a wonderful and joyful little being, and she doesn’t deserve to be forgotten.
So this is her mum, telling her story. I will never stop telling her story.
